  We were very disappointed in this doctor and he care !! My husband has trigeminal neuralgia and we went to see him regarding help with treatment of this and the PAIN related to it... He was of no help he changed his medicine around which made it worse and than when we called him because my husbands pain was unbearable they said he would call us back !! NOT until the next day and his response was ::" Dr Chou said he could not help him he had done all he could ! than he suggested that he see his primary care doctor or his DENTIST!! "" even thought we had told him 2 or 3 times before that my husband has NO TEETH that he had,had them pull years before thinking that was the cause of his pain before he found a Doctor that was able to tell him what was causing the pan .!!!!!!! ON one visit he was more interested in sorting through his old magazines and tossing the ripped ones than listening to what we were telling him about my husband symptoms !! we were talking to him while he did this ,very RUDE in a doctor that was suppose to be helping us !! which he did NOT ... very unhappy with this Doctor.. his staff was great and that was the only good part about our experience with this office.!!!!
