  We boarded our 16 year old, one eyed, ten pound dog there for over a week. Dixie needs eye drops three times a day. When we picked her up at the other two places she had boarded at, she along with us could not wait to get her out of there.. When we picked her up at Masters, it was like she did not want to leave! She is an inside dog who is very emotional. Before we let her stay, we took a tour of the facility and were very satisfied. It is a family atmosphere there. They took exceptional care of her. In fact she was pampered! Also the price was a lot lower than other places we checked into. My wife and I still are amazed at how well she was treated by everyone there. Dixie is like our baby and it is hard to leave her behind, but now we feel like she has a second home. Thank you to everyone there. You all are amazing!!

  We decided to go with private training lessons for our dog. On our first day of training we went to Masters to find out that the trainer wasn't there. She needed to go to New York to mate a pair of dogs. We never got a call to let us know. They did give us 1/2 off our first lesson. So about a week later we finally got to meet Tammy (the training/owner). She seemed very nice, and helpful for our first lesson. We made our next appointment for the following week. But we called 3 days ahead of time to remake an appointment, because we thought our dog wasn't ready to be taught something new. So she made an appointment for the following we. we get a call the morning of the appointment, which I totally understand and have all consideration for, she wanted to remake the appointment because her husband passed away. I told her to take all the time she needed and to call us when she is ready. well, less then a week went by and we get a call saying she is ready and she made an appointment. but the morning of it we get a call, saying she can't make it because she had several dogs in broading in the training room. and she remade the appointment. that appointment was canceled again and remade for the following week. which again was canceled because Tammy wanted to spend some extra time with a friend that was in town. so we made another appointment, which again was canceled because they said that Tammy was working on her husbands services. Now i have understanding for her husband passing away, and if she needs extra time to grieve, I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND. but when i ask her helpers if this is the reason why they are being canceled and they said no, that she is going great, just things keep coming up. that is total uncalled for. and I never heard of doing funeral services for a person over a month after their passing. Because of all this last minute canceling i asked them if i would be getting a discount on the training, they said no they already gave me one for the first lesson. i will not be going back!!!
